Shipping and Returns

Madda Fella processes orders within 48 - hours of placement (this includes next day and 2 day orders). We do our best to process orders placed before 12pm EST that same day. Orders ship, Monday - Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays via UPS or USPS ground. Free shipping on orders over $100. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it.
For our International friends, at this time we ship domestic only.
Please note that due to COVID-19 guidelines, shipping time may be impacted and take longer then usual. At this time our carrier is not guaranteeing delivery dates and can only provide estimates. Expedited shipping charges will be non-refundable regardless of delivery date.
ORDERS SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
At this time, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship your purchases to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Please make sure your PO or APO can accept a boxed order. We cannot ship two day or overnight to PO boxes.
Applicable sales tax will be added on all orders based on the shipping address. The amount of sales tax is estimated until the order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent.
Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with your individual state tax guidelines and is approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. The following states will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order: FL, VA.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. Items sent back that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be returned to the customer and will not be refunded.
Worn and washed products may be returned if damage is due to manufacture defect.
Final Sale items cannot be returned.
